Our sample menus can be viewed on our website and are designed and produced by our Head Chef Julian Middlewick, General Manager Karen Tabner and team. Menus are reviewed annually to reflect current trends, demand and customer feedback. In consultation with you, we will design specific menus to meet your taste, budget and any specific dietary requirements you or your guests might have.
